New Year Restorative Yoga & Journaling Workshop
Tuesday, January 7, 2025

Join me as I guide you through a restorative yoga practice, followed by meditation and journaling. Reflect on 2024 and release any negative energy you're holding in your body, so you can move into 2025 with intention.

This style of yoga is suitable for all levels, and will help you release, relax and restore, preparing you for a great night's sleep!

We'll practice letting go, and opening the heart. We'll join in meditation and journaling to reflect on learnings from the past year, and outline your intentions for the future.

This 90-minute workshop is offered via Zoom so you can join from where you are. This session will be held on January 7 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

 Register here for $25.

The Five Koshas (2-part series)
Tuesdays, February 18 & 25

The teachings on yoga describe five casings called koshas. The koshas move from outer to inner (from the gross body to the more subtle aspects of self).

In this two-part online workshop, we'll study the attributes of each sheath. The first sheath is correlated with food and the outer fascia, the second with breath, the third with thoughts and sensations, and the fourth with inner wisdom. The final layer is correlated with bliss and joy.

Through contemplative practice, yoga postures, and pranayama, we will journey through each layer, refining and clarifying the layers as we go.

February 18 - The food and breath sheaths

February 25 - The mind, intuitive, and joy sheaths

Both sessions will be held via Zoom so that you can join from wherever you are. Each class is from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. If you can't attend live, recordings will be provided to those who register.

Half-Day Silent Retreat
Evergreen, CO
Saturday, March 1

Winter is the perfect time to turn inward, and find time for stillness and silence. If you've been experiencing high levels of stress, this in-person, half-day silent retreat could be just what you need to step away from the day-to-day frustrations and find more calm.

The benefits of spending time in silence include:

  • Reduce mental chatter

  • Enjoy deep rest and rejuvenation

  • Release stress

  • Improve self-awareness

  • Experience inner peace

  • Gain fresh perspective or insight

  • Begin or deepen your meditation practice

  • Emerge with greater clarity and focus

  • Increase resilience

The event will begin with a brief discussion and overview of what to expect, so that you feel prepared for the experience. We'll head out for a meditative nature walk taken in silence. The walk will be approximately three miles on a trail with some elevation changes, so you should wear shoes or boots with good tread for traction. Finally, we'll engage in a guided meditation, before breaking the silence to share any insights from your experience with the group.

This event will be held in Evergreen, Colorado from approximately 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time. The exact location will be provided upon registration.

Register here for $59.
