My first book, Pawsitive Perspectives, is available! The book can be purchased from Amazon (as a paperback or ebook) and via my website (as a paperback). My girl Ella would be proud. It's her story and her voice that allowed me to finally share mine and become a published author.
This memoir told from the perspective of a special shelter dog offers 40 insightful lessons on overcoming challenges, finding joy, being your authentic self, and pursuing your passions. Pawsitive Perspectives is a love story, a manual for living life to the fullest, and an example of the profound human-animal bond.
Ella and I were soul mates brought together by fate. Ella was my sidekick for over 15 transformational years (from the age of 28 to 43). During that time I had two knee surgeries, survived a heart attack, dated and married John, started a business, and moved to the mountains.
Ella’s ability to influence those around her with her soulful brown eyes earned her the title of Queen of the household. Ella kept everyone on their toes with her antics and innovative ways to obtain food at all costs. Her struggles with degenerative myelopathy in her later years provided lessons in determination, adaptability, and appreciation of the simple things in life.
I hope you will enjoy reading this book as much as I loved writing it. Here are the links to purchase your copy in your preferred format. You can also get these links on my website.
