While intentions, motivation and willpower can get you so far, staying connected to your why and flexible in your how will result in lasting change.
If you haven't been able to keep up with the steps you originally set to reach your goals, don't beat yourself up. Change is hard, and if things aren't happening in the time and way that you planned, revisit your why and consider whether there's another way to reach your goals.
